Our program
More than support. A path forward.
Aspenwood provides individualized support services in clients' own homes, helping them develop the skills they need to live as independently and successfully as possible.
What residential rehabilitation means
A residential rehabilitation program provides individualized support services that help people develop, regain, or maintain the skills needed to live as independently as possible within their community. Clients live in their own homes — whether owned or rented — and our staff come to them. Unlike traditional caregiving — where tasks are performed for an individual — our approach teaches and encourages clients to perform tasks for themselves whenever possible. The difference matters: one creates dependence, the other builds capability.
Rehabilitation, not just caregiving
Traditional caregiving
A caregiver may primarily perform tasks for an individual.
Aspenwood's approach
Aspenwood's program teaches and encourages individuals to perform tasks for themselves whenever possible.
