Jennifer Cornie is a dedicated force in residential rehabilitation, bringing certifications as a CADC, SAP, and CEAP to her role as Owner and Assistant Administrator at Aspenwood. With deep experience supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs, Jennifer is committed to creating homes where residents feel safe, valued, and empowered to grow. Her compassion and advocacy for clients' well-being reflect her unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Jennifer finds her greatest joy in her three children, in-laws, and grandkids — family is her inspiration, and she cherishes every moment with them.

Robin Moore

Owner / Executive Administrator

Robin Moore is a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) and Behavioral Interventionist (BI). With a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree and over a decade of experience in the mental health field, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the complexities of her clients' needs. Robin's remarkable ability to forge genuine connections makes her a trusted ally for those she serves. Her passion for the rehabilitation world shines through in her work, as she takes great joy in empowering individuals and families on their journeys to wellness. Robin is committed to providing exceptional support and ensuring you and your loved ones feel valued and understood. Robin lives in Jerome, Idaho, with her husband, John, and their two dogs, Winston and Koda. She has two children and two stepchildren; her greatest joy is her five grandchildren. Robin welcomes you to Aspenwood and hopes we can serve you.

John Moore

Human Resources Director

John Moore brings over 35 years of experience in safety, operations, and human resources to his role as Human Resources Director at Aspenwood Residential Rehabilitation. Throughout his career, John has built strong workplace cultures, led multi-site operations, and developed practical, people-first approaches to employee relations. He previously served as a Regional Safety & Lean Coordinator, leading safety programs across five locations, and as Director of a regional 911 center — roles that sharpened his ability to lead teams and manage complex operations under pressure. At Aspenwood, John oversees human resources and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations that keep our team running smoothly and our clients well-supported. A lifelong Idaho Magic Valley resident, John is married with a blended family and enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and riding horses in the backcountry.

Jackie Ursenbach

Human Resources Manager

Jackie joined the Aspenwood team in October 2025 as Human Resources Manager, bringing a commitment to making sure every employee feels supported and has what they need to do their best work. In her role, she handles onboarding, staff and supervisor support, policy and compliance, and employee questions or workplace concerns — and she is always a good place to start when someone is not sure where to turn. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys tending to her growing plant collection, building with Legos, and spending time with her husband and son.

Brian Staub

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional

Brian Staub brings over 15 years of experience in education and human services to his role as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional at Aspenwood. Throughout his career, Brian has focused on developing practical skills in the people he serves — problem-solving, perseverance, and personal accountability — and he brings that same approach to his work with clients and staff alike. He is passionate about creating environments where people feel encouraged, challenged, and equipped to make a positive impact in their community. Brian takes genuine pride in supporting individuals on their path toward greater independence and confidence.

Natalie Livingston

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional

Natalie Livingston began her journey in this field in 2014, working with adults with disabilities, and has continued to grow both professionally and academically — earning an associate's degree in human services, a bachelor's degree in human services management, and a master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness. She has also worked as a Behavioral Interventionist supporting children and most recently served as a Special Education Teacher, and was selected to serve on the Special Education Advisory Panel. Natalie truly enjoys serving this community and values the connection and purpose it brings. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, her mom, and her three adult children and two teenage stepchildren. She also crafts with her mom — and together they sell their creations.

Ashlynn Norton

Administrative Assistant

Ashlynn Norton has worked in rehabilitation for nearly five years and genuinely enjoys helping people improve their lives. She finds deep reward in supporting clients and making a positive difference each day. In her role as Administrative Assistant, Ashlynn keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes so the rest of the team can focus on the people they serve. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her three dogs — and would happily have more. In her free time she enjoys traveling, camping, and cooking.

Aaron Jespersen

Nurse

Aaron Jespersen serves as Aspenwood's nurse, bringing clinical expertise and a calm, caring presence to the clients and families he works with. He plays a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of residents and supporting the team with medication management and medical coordination. A proud Twin Falls resident, Aaron makes the most of Idaho living — whether that means getting outside with his family, enjoying the clear skies, or exploring the rugged local landscapes. He is at his best when he is out in the fresh air and the great outdoors.

Keisha Eva

Scheduler and Auditor

Keisha serves as Aspenwood's Scheduler and Auditor, bringing a passion for organization, problem-solving, and keeping operations running smoothly. She takes pride in being dependable and detail-oriented — someone her team can count on. Outside of work, Keisha is a wife and proud mother of five who keep life busy, fun, and full of adventure. She also coaches high school cheer, where she encourages young athletes to build confidence, teamwork, and resilience. Her family loves the outdoors — from rodeos and side-by-side rides to camping, hunting, fishing, and hiking. The values she has learned through family, coaching, and time outdoors — hard work, commitment, and supporting others — carry into everything she does, both at work and at home.
